On a beautiful Fall day in October our bride and groom were ready to become man and wife. In this area of the country an October day is typically warm, but this particular day for Courtney and Hunter was chilly. Not to worry, the celebration of their love would soon warm the day.

Because life is built on relationships, Timeless Styled Events (TSE) will always find great value in personal connection. Either we’re growing a relationship or further enhancing it and this wedding allowed us to further enhance the relationship because Hunter’s younger brother is a close friend to their TSE Planner, Kandis. Knowing Courtney and Hunter trusted her with the details of their memorable event meant a lot to her and she will always treasure that opportunity.

The best way to describe Courtney and Hunter as a couple would be that they are laid back, big hearted, family oriented and they have an eye for detail!

The location they chose to begin their happily ever after is one of our favorite venues, Culpepper Barn! Its rustic charm was the perfect fit for the relaxed yet elegant vibe they envisioned for the ceremony and we took great pleasure in making that happen for them! The color scheme definitely fit their elegant yet relaxed vibe with the bridesmaids dressed in blushed pink and the groomsmen in navy with pink accents.

While the gals hung out in the bridal suite sharing memories, laughter and all the glamor that a special day brings the guys had their own version of time together. They found a sunny spot behind the stable, laughed at shared memories, talked about the future and caught some sun rays.

To add a special moment to their big day Courtney and Hunter agreed to do a first look. We waited in anticipation to see his face. We were not disappointed with his reaction. As Hunter turned to see his bride he was momentarily shocked as he came face to face with one of his groomsmen with a sheepish grin. Stunned only briefly, together they broke into laughter.

Courtney, before she had the real first look with Hunter, was able to have one with her bridesmaids and that underestimated moment in the wedding day made for a moment they would definitely remember. The girls waited, holding back their excitement, with their eyes closed while she stood in front of them anxiously waiting to see their reactions. As soon as their hands left from covering their eyes and dropped to their mouths the looks of awe and and tears rolled in. This was such a special moment for the bride and her girls to share.

After sharing a fun moment with one of his groomsmen, Hunter was later able to finally have a first look with his bride to be. He once again waited in anticipation to see his beautiful bride and his reaction said it all. As he turned around to see Courtney dressed in a sheer beaded bodice with beaded straps, her romantic updo, and affectionate smile from ear to ear we got to see them embrace with so much love and experience that moment together before walking down the aisle.

As the ceremony began, Courtney’s grandpa walked her down the aisle. Such a precious reflection of a close knit family. There wasn’t a dry eye present. Later that evening, Courtney and her grandpa also shared a special dance together during the reception.

As a contrast to their relaxed ceremony they wanted to have a huge party atmosphere during their reception. They had a great time filled with keg stands, lots of laughter, and fun vibes all around! The bridal party entrances during the reception truly had the party feel with lifts, drinks, and hip bumps.

After dinner there were heartfelt speeches that gave us all a glimpse of the beauty and impact these two have had on their family and friends.

As the evening began to wind down the warmth of love lingered in the air. To wrap their perfect day in a bow the guests were given sparklers and they gathered to share the celebratory lights with Courtney and Hunter as they walked through the line of family and friends into life as man and wife.

We also want to share the exciting news that Courtney and Hunter are expecting their first baby boy! A beautiful couple whom we feel are going to be amazing parents!
