Where do we begin with this beautiful couple? With original plans for a full wedding in May, our bride and groom Tabi and Ryan had to reconsider their vision when Covid hit. Situations like this is what Timeless Styled Events (TSE) is made for so we were prepared to get super creative if need be. We began to talk about options and what was most important to the couple. 

After thinking things over they decided they definitely wanted to celebrate with their family and friends but because of the restrictions this requirement would need some adjustment. They decided to push the celebratory reception to later in the year and chose September. 

One detail they did not want to negotiate was their original wedding date. Once we knew this was a non-negotiable TSE knew the perfect option. We planned a unique elopement on the beach where they exchanged their “I dos” keeping the focus on their love and the connection they share. 

On the date they selected and with their parents by their side they pledged their love and commitment to each other. A special touch to the ceremony was that  immediate family was able to take part by tuning in via the online conferencing platform, Zoom. While not standing in the actual ceremony itself, they were able to be a part of their special day. Whether in person or online, everyone was able to witness the exchanging of their vows and the celebratory kiss of becoming man and wife. <3. 

Come September, everything was in order for a fun celebration at the beach. The wind coming off the water can be a challenge but on this day the weather was completely out of our control. 

TSE is accustomed to thinking on our feet and being resourceful because day of can present some strange and unexpected challenges. Unpredictable weather can wreak havoc on everything. 

We had delivered a solution to their ceremony restrictions so we were really determined that the weather would not mess up their reception. With some manpower, we moved everything inside the beach house. We attended to all the details of moving the location making sure Tabi and Ryan were the least impacted and their guests could continue in the celebration atmosphere and attitude.

With everything in place and back on track the night was in full swing. Everyone danced the night away in the living room and made memories to last a lifetime!  

Our personal opinion in watching Tabi and Ryan adjust, readjust, flow with the changes, be confident of their dealbreakers and still deliver their intended goal, we know they’ve got what it takes to make their commitment last. 

Our precious couple had contracted with TSE in the middle of 2019 not knowing one of the biggest hiccups in wedding history was just around the corner. It was our delight to weather the changes and challenges and bring it all together for a memorable experience that everyone will be talking about for years!

At the end of our time together it was a bittersweet parting. We are so committed to our couples that when our business partnership comes to an end we genuinely feel the pain. It is so much more than just planning their big day because when it’s all said and done we have a genuine feeling of friendship and connection.
