Wedding season is finally in full swing and as crazy as it may sound, we are excited to be busy every weekend! There is truly no better feeling than being surrounded by our favorite couples and their most cherished people, the smoothest of dance moves, and of course, all the wedding cake!

We kicked off the season with the sweetest couple at the Lydia Mountain Lodge in Stanardsville, Virginia. Stephanie and Scott said their “I Dos” in front of a breathtaking backdrop of mountains and lust greenery- – talk about views! Their vows were followed by the most perfect, open-barn reception, complete with soft florals, string lights, and the sweetest signage- – seriously, a rustic-wedding dream. Their family and friends traveled from all over to celebrate their love and we felt every but of the happiness they shared that day.

As our business continues to grow, we are forever grateful for the amazing vendors (and friends) we meet along the way. Shoutout to Jenny Wright Photography for capturing all the love shared between our sweet couple, and Guyton Mobile DJ for bringing all the fun (and those smooth dance moves we love so much)!

As ready as we are for the rest of wedding season to unfold, we’re happy knowing that it’s only just begun! Bring it on, 2018!
