Though our love and obsession with weddings is ultimately what fueled our desire to create and build our business, we at TSE pride ourselves on customizing our services for exactly what our clients need. We happen to love stepping outside of the box, and we did just that earlier this month!

Saving Kids’ Dreams is a non-profit organization that celebrates kids by planning annual fun-filled field day events, free to the public. Saving Kids’ Dreams is focused on instilling in kids a passion for nature and the outdoors, encouraging them to unplug from electronics and social media for a day to enjoy time soaking up the sun. Not only is there plenty of fun to be had at every Unplugged Youth Event, there’s also raffle giveaways for items like YETI coolers, kayaks, bikes, etc. Over 4,000 kids participated in the event this year, and no child left empty-handed. The Saving Kids’ Dreams appreciation dinner party was held earlier this month to honor the many amazing sponsors dedicated to making the Unplugged Youth Event happen for the fourth year in a row. The dinner party was a black-tie event, complete with a red carpet (a personal favorite), with catering provided by the always delicious Blue Pete’s Restaurant. Guests also participated in games and raffles for prizes. The awards ceremony and presentation of the event-day video was our favorite part of the evening as it gave us a chance to see all of the hard work and dedication Saving Kids’ Dreams put into their awesome cause.

We not only had the privilege of attending the dinner, we were also the assist with set-up, planning and coordinating, and creation of the table settings and centerpieces for the event. It was truly an honor to celebrate everything that Saving Kids’ Dreams gives to the community and our next generation. And we have to admit, we enjoyed the change of pace. We look forward to a future of planning and creating for events much like this.
